Legal Drafting: Petition for Protection Order and Support

In this redacted, 68-page academic paperwork that my team and I created for our class project, we demonstrated the following:

Craft legal documents with meticulous attention to detail, deep knowledge of relevant laws (e.g. RA 9262 or VAWC in the Philippines.
Ability to weave disparate facts into a straightforward, compelling narrative.
Drafting the petition to clearly establish jurisdiction, state the facts of the violation (R.A. 9262 – VAWC) , and articulate the specific reliefs sought (e.g., prohibition of violence, exclusion from residence, financial support).
Preparing sworn testimonies in the question-and-answer format (Judicial Affidavits) for the Petitioner and supporting third-party witnesses (e.g., friends, helpers), ensuring all testimonial evidence is captured accurately and logically to support the petition’s allegations.
Systematically organizing, marking, and referencing supporting documentary evidence (Annexes) such as medical certificates , protection orders , marriage/birth certificates , financial statements , and proof of psychological trauma (Dysthymia), making the entire submission complete and easy for the court to review.
